Care of Excellence places a strong emphasis on providing the highest quality service possible for all of its Service Users. We work on the basis that no matter how good we are, there is always room for improvement. Every member of our Staff Team is expected to demonstrate a total commitment to quality and quality improvement in every aspect of their working day.
Our dedicated Management Team will also undertake a quality control check on all our Care Team.
This will also involve them visiting and assessing our Care Team on duty to monitor the support we deliver. If this visit is planned to take place in your home, we will contact you to discuss this and seek your consent.

Night sleeping service
We provide a sleep in service that ensures the Service User is not left alone during the night
Night waking service
A member of the Care Team will be readily available to assist you throughout the night and attend to your care needs.
Night sitting service
This service is for Service Users who may need some attention during the night.
24 Hour “Live In” Care
